Nicole Tasker, MSN, FNP-BC

Nicole Tasker is an Advanced Practice Nurse in the Division of Gynecologic Oncology. Nicole participates in the care of gynecologic oncology patients in the Maggie Daley Center for Women’s Cancer Care within Prentice Women’s Hospital. This care includes:

• Preoperative and postoperative evaluation of surgical patients
• Assessment of patients receiving chemotherapy
• Surveillance of patients with a history of gynecologic malignancies
• Survivorship planning and patient education
• Colposcopy services for women diagnosed with cancerous precursors

​Nicole enjoys working in a collaborative practice where patient-centered care is the focus for all team members. She has extensive experience caring for patients receiving complex chemotherapy regimens. Nicole is also responsible for leading our nurse practitioner survivorship care team.

Nicole received her Bachelors of Science in Biology from High Point University and Nursing from Westchester University. She received a Masters of Nursing from Simmons College.

She is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nursing Credentialing Center. Prior to working at Northwestern, Nicole was a gynecologic oncology nurse practitioner at Johns Hopkins Hospital and a hematologic malignancy nurse at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
