Shivani Dave, DNP, AGPCNP-BC

Shivani Dave is an Advanced Practice Nurse in the Division of Gynecologic Oncology. Shivani participates in the care of gynecologic oncology patients in the Maggie Daley Center for Women’s Cancer Care within Prentice Women’s Hospital. This care includes:

• Preoperative and postoperative evaluation of surgical patients
• Assessment of patients receiving chemotherapy
• Surveillance of patients with a history of gynecologic malignancies
• Survivorship planning and patient education

​Shivani is deeply committed to providing holistic, patient-centered care that addresses both the medical and emotional needs of patients navigating their cancer journeys. She believes in fostering a compassionate, open, and trusting relationship with her patients, empowering them to actively participate in their care and make informed decisions about their treatment options.

Shivani received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Saint Louis University and earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice with an oncology specialty from Loyola University Chicago. She is board-certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

With her background as an oncology nurse at Prentice Women’s Hospital, Shivani brings a unique perspective to her role, having witnessed firsthand the full continuum of care that patients receive throughout their treatment. She is humbled and honored to work alongside such a resilient patient population and is privileged to be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
